BAS Controls Technician

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Building Automation Technician.
- Tridium AX or N4 Certification is a must.
- Expertise in Workbench programming software.
- Familiarity with BacNet and LON protocols.
- Proficiency with HVAC programming software (Siemens, Honeywell, JCI, or Schneider Electric preferred).
- Basic Ethernet configuration skills are advantageous.
- Ability to pass security clearances and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong communication skills with Facility Managers.
- Capable of self-directed work.
- IT knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment, including multimeters.
- Basic computer and software knowledge.
