Industry leading concrete construction company seeks a new District Manager
**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in cast-in-place concrete structures.
- Expertise in all phases of concrete construction, including rebar and post-tension systems, formwork, concrete placement, and layout.

-Concrete experience must be on vertical structures
- Proficient in managing and pricing multiple construction projects, with proven negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact across all organizational levels and with clients.
- Strong analytical abilities and detail-oriented approach to organize and manage jobsite activities.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook).
- Financial acumen in understanding and analyzing profit and loss statements and other key financial reports.
- In-depth understanding of safety practices and OSHA regulations.
