Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Develop and review architectural plans and designs
- Ensure projects meet building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project documentation and design
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the architectural/construction field
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, or retail projects
- Registration in FL preferred
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
