Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with municipal clients
- Collaborate with project teams for successful delivery
- Develop client engagement plans and account strategies
- Manage proposals, business development, and contract negotiations
- Oversee project health and mentor junior staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- PE licensed
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong public sector business development skills
