Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer - Field Automation

**Key Qualifications:**
- Permian area field programming and PLC programming, HMI development.
- Lead and execute Allen Bradley PLC-based control system projects; experience with leading teams of engineers is essential.
- Skilled in designing control system architectures using Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC’s; familiarity with Siemens Simatic 505 Hardware and programming tools preferred.
- Adept at troubleshooting legacy SIMATIC 505 systems and migrating to modern Rockwell PLC, IFIX, VtSCADA, or Wonderware HMI systems.
- Proficient in designing secure control system networks.
- Capable of training and mentoring engineers throughout project life cycles.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of oil & gas facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, including water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or three years of relevant work experience is required.
- P.E. license is a plus.
