**Key Qualifications:**

- At least 8 years' experience in HVAC design.
- Consulting engineering experience is essential.
- Proficiency in HVAC load simulation and system controls.
- Experience with HVAC equipment application and design, including air handling units, fans, and duct systems.
- Familiarity with hydronic and steam/condensate systems.
- Basic plumbing design knowledge advantageous, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- PE License or active progress towards licensure required; LEED AP is a plus.
