Job Details:
Building Automation Programmers / Technician – Engineers
- Program, startup, and commission, and integrate commercial HVAC control systems.
- Read and understand HVAC equipment sequence of operations.
- Engineer a Niagara AX/Niagara 4 station.
- Startup and commission controllers, including integrating them to Niagara AX/4 stations.
- Verify functionality of sensors and actuators and address any issues that may arise.
- Develop graphical user interfaces for end users based on project specifications and company standards.
- Provide owners with training and support.
- The Controls Technician for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems will be responsible for completing service calls in addition to working on larger projects under the direction of a project manager or controls engineer.
- Read & review control specifications and diagrams.
