Controls Engineer/Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a diverse group dedicated to excellence in field and project engineering, mechanical design, and electrical CAD design. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage daily activities across Project Engineering, Field Engineering, and Design Support.
- Ensure timely completion of system engineering, documentation, assembly, and testing.
- Handle customer orders and implement post-sales service activities efficiently.
- Supervise administrative tasks, including timekeeping, expense reporting, and customer invoicing.
- Develop and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Oversee and enhance customer service activities and the support rotation schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement policies, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience in Automation & Controls and Electrical Engineering.
- At least five years of experience in an engineering or technical leadership role.
- Proven leadership skills with a knack for strategic and tactical planning.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities; adept at making informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and customer interaction.
- Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
