**Key Qualifications:**
- High school diploma with 2-year technical degree or equivalent military service.
- Hands-on experience with BAS control programming and commercial HVAC equipment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex HVAC control systems.
- Understanding of energy efficiency principles in commercial buildings.
- Competent in the installation of variable frequency drives and DDC programming.
- Familiarity with energy management, electrical circuits, and contracting processes.
- Strong communication skills for maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel within the region, with limited overnight stays.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends or extended hours.
