Facilities Manager
An excellent High-End Luxury Residential Management firm is actively seeking a Facilities Manager. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging/exciting projects.
Qualifications:
- Several years of maintenance management experience
- Experience with construction projects and vendors
- Responsibilities include inspecting building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals will have at least 5+ in the Facilities Management industry or related field
- Salary is commensurate with years of experience
