A Top AM Law Firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough conflict checks for potential and existing clients against the firm's database.
- Identify and analyze potential conflicts arising from previous representations or personal relationships.
- Research complex legal issues to determine potential conflicts of interest.
- Prepare conflict reports and recommendations for attorneys and firm management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 3+ Years of Conflicts experience in a law firm required.
- Knowledge of Intapp Open, Intapp Walls & Lexis Nexis preferred.
