**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with engineering software like STAAD, RISA, TEDDS, ENERCALC is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Eager to tackle new challenges in the construction industry
- Strong collaborative problem-solving capabilities
- Safety-focused mindset in all work environments
