**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential and commercial engineering.
- Proficient in design codes: IRC, IBC, ASCE-7, ACI, and AISC.
- Experience with analytical software, AutoCAD, and RISA preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing work assignments.
-Texas EIT or PE license
