Job Summary
Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in various settings.
Duties
- Supervise HVAC technicians and contractors on job sites
- Coordinate HVAC projects from planning to completion
- Inspect HVAC systems and equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with regulations
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment
- Train staff on proper HVAC installation and maintenance techniques
Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating for HVAC projects
- Strong project coordination abilities in the HVAC field
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Knowledge of HVAC schematics and blueprints
- Experience in project scheduling for HVAC installations
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols
