**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead client relations, manage projects, and ensure smooth coordination with internal and contractor teams.
- Engage in engineering design and execution, focusing on power distribution and medium voltage systems.
- Develop proposals and fees, manage project portfolios, and produce top-quality engineering designs.
- Provide on-the-job training to support junior engineers and certify project work with professional integrity.
**Qualifications:**
- 12+ years of electrical engineering experience in a similar consulting environment
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
- BSEE
