Senior Full-Stack Developer
My client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their team for a full time permanent position. This will be a hybrid position.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proven Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications (mobile, web, IoT) on Azure or AWS.
- Deep understanding of full-stack development, including microservices, APIs, React Native, Node.js, and database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in IoT technologies, real-time data processing, and ML/AI applications.
- Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, network configuration (VPC, ALB), and security protocols (SSO, SAML, JWT).
Architectural Vision
- Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures for complex systems.
- Experience in event-driven architectures and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (e.g., APIs, messaging) and data management strategies.
Problem-Solving and Innovation
- Passion for using technology to solve real-world business problems.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to identify innovative solutions.
- Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, ERP, and MDM integration.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems
