Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM
Lehigh Valley commercial construction company is actively in search of a project manager with ground up/renovation/addition project work including mixed use, commercial office buildings, academic, hospital/healthcare, corporate headquarters, higher education, datacenters, cold storage, etc.
Requirements
- Five (5) years or more of commercial construction experience with relevant project experience
- Ground up project experience desired
- Experience running multiple projects of varying size and scope at a given time
- Excellent communication skills with subcontractors
- Experience creating & executing scope of work and schedules
- Salary is open dependent experience
- College Degree a plus, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or relevant degree)
- Projects are based in the local Northeastern PA area.
