Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all service operations, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all service projects, from initial customer contact to final completion.
- Develop and implement effective service processes and procedures.
- Oversee service technician performance and provide training as needed.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for service projects.
- Resolve customer complaints and address service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Analyze service data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing service management.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Dataforma software is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
