MEP Engineer/Project Manager
We’re seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP projects for existing buildings (code compliance, inspections, design/specifications).
- Provide technical direction to Project Managers and AutoCAD Technicians.
- Oversee project management tasks, including on-site inspections and report development.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality consulting services.
- Foster creativity and collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of MEP experience on existing buildings.
- Proven track record in MEP project execution.
- Familiarity with NYC design codes.
- Strong communication skills; self-directed and diligent.
- P.E. license preferred.
