LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Are you a seasoned Landscape Architect with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into captivating and sustainable environments? We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Landscape Architect.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage landscape design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of design and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and environmentally conscious landscape solutions.
- Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform the design process and address site-specific challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Landscape Architect with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Sketchup software for creating detailed and accurate design documents and 3D models.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to clients and project teams.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
