**Key Qualifications:**
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the design of local streets, site grading plans, and erosion control.
- Proficiency in FEMA floodplain studies and stormwater management systems.
- Familiarity with pavement design and sanitary sewerage systems.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage/supervise team members.
- Expertise in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Holds EIT Certification and preferably a New York State Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Valid driver’s license required.
