**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in frame design.
- High School Diploma required; Technical Certificate or Associate of Applied Science in a design-related field preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and capable of learning new software programs.
