Qualifications:
- 5+ years of previous experience in refrigeration
- Thorough understanding of the refrigeration cycle and strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to braze and solder copper pipe
- EPA 608 Type 1 & 2 License
- Positive attitude and focus on thoroughness
- Strong communication skills with both office and field teams
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
On-Call Expectations:
- Paid 50% of regular pay rate for on-call standby
- Overtime eligibility if dispatched on a service call during on-call hours
- Availability for service calls during on-call hours is required
- On-call schedule may vary

- Ability to braze and solder copper pipe
- EPA 608 Type 1 & 2 License
- Positive and honest attitude with a focus on thoroughness
- Strong communication skills with both office and field teams
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
On-Call Expectations:
- You will be paid 50% of your regular pay rate for on-call standby
- Overtime eligibility applies if dispatched on a service call during on-call hours, only if you have already worked 40 hours during your regular work week
- Availability for service calls during on-call hours is required
- On-call schedule may vary
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Tech/Trade School (Preferred)
Experience:
- HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License
- EPA 608 Type 1 & 2 License
