Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Oversee professional development of team members
- Review high-level federal and corporate tax returns
- Prepare ASC 740 and review tax provisions
- Conduct tax planning and research
- Participate in business development activities and achieve revenue targets
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of recent public accounting experience focused on ASC 740
- CPA is required
- Strong knowledge of Internal Revenue Code & Regulations, tax return complexity, and tax research
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tax preparation, research, and planning software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
