Director - Salesforce Transformation
I'm seeking a Director of Salesforce transformation for a full-time, Hybrid position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a great opportunity for a technical leader with in-depth Salesforce knowledge and technical transformation experience. Interested candidates should have the following skills.
- Engineering background with Prior experience as a Salesforce Admin, Developer, Architect
- Managing teams of 20 or more Salesforce Admin, developers, analysts, etc.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce Engineering strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform
- Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other systems
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, 3+ years of leading teams of 20 or more
- Prior experience leading large-scale transformation projects
- Prior experience working with big Consulting companies like Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, etc.
