If you have 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience with title & survey review and loan documentation we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
- Draft legal documents related to real property
- Review title work and surveys
- Coordinate and prepare documents for closings
- Communicate with clients
- 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Paralegal certificate and Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite products
- Professionalism and ability to work under pressure
