HVAC Sales Representative
Growing HVAC mechanical contractor actively looking for a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate our products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals to potential customers.
Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and ultimately close sales.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
Outside sales experience is a must.
Prior experience in the HVAC industry is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated, results-driven attitude with a desire to exceed sales targets.
Willingness to learn about HVAC systems and services.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
SALARY: Base + Commission
