Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with FL PE registration or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as standard engineering design programs
- Excellent presentation, technical writing, and public speaking skills
- Strong understanding of the water/wastewater field, leadership abilities, and communication skills
- Active involvement in professional organizations and high profile activities
