Property Manager

Role:
As a Property Manager, this individual will be responsible for the management and operation of the assigned commercial office properties. This would include but not limited to supervising all on-site personnel, providing excellent customer service to tenants, control operating costs and implementing business plan.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct all on-site personnel, including 3rd party contractors
- Supporting the property and corporate strategic plan
- Ensure exceptional customer service to all new tenants during their move-in process
- Prepare and guide Tenant Improvement budgets, including all other Capital projects
- Work with property accountants to understand property financials including historical trends and variance analysis
- Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with outside contractors to provide management services
- Identifying efficiencies and participate in sustainability initiatives, as applicable
- Manage approved capital to ensure that all assigned properties are operating within budget
- Fostering key relationships within the community and tenants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and State Real-Estate license is required
- 4+ years of prior real estate property management or assistant property management
- Prior experience with industrial or commercial office space
- The ability to work with all levels of professionals
Working Situation:
This will be an in office position.
