Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Licensure as a Texas Professional Engineer (Civil)
- TxDOT pre-certifications in applicable roadway transportation categories
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation design
- Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer and MicroStation/GeoPak
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet client expectations
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver transportation projects for various clients
- Prepare and review construction documents for public works projects
- Establish strong relationships with clients and team members
- Organize and direct project teams to meet goals and deadlines
- Coordinate with technical experts and sub-consultants
- Mentor and train junior engineers
