Civil Engineer

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Manage technical analysis, design, and production of site development, public works, and private development projects
- Organize and schedule work to meet project goals and timelines
- Direct and coordinate project team efforts, including engineers, technicians, and sub-consultants
- Prepare proposals, reports, and construction documents
- Ensure project management aligns with company standards
- Coordinate with other disciplines and oversee construction administration
- Maintain strong financial performance
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Current Professional Engineer (Civil) registration in Texas or ability to obtain within one year
- Design proficiency in site grading, roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer improvements
- 7-12 years of experience in site development design preferred
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Committed to professional development and building strong relationships with team members and clients
- Ability to manage and schedule work effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
