Global Tax Accounting Manager
Role:
Liberty Personnel is currently working with a multi-national manufacturing organization with operations in over 50 countries and multibillion dollar market cap. They are looking to add a Global Tax Accounting Manager to their team to head up their global tax accounting operations.
This person be joining an expanding team both locally and globally to help manage the impact of global income tax provisions, global taxation schemes, cross border transactions and taxes, complex transactions like acquisitions, join ventures, or divestitures, foreign income, tax reserves, etc. You'll also be acting strategically to see what impact the provision has on different global locations, jurisdictions, and subsidiaries. Ultimately, this role will have upward mobility as it can lead to future promotions at the Director level down the line!!
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required;
- MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred.
- Eight plus years of relevant tax accounting experience in a large public accounting firm or on the corporate side within a large multinational organization.
- Technical knowledge of income tax accounting standards and application of ASC 740, APB23, etc.
- Familiarity with One Source Tax Provision or other comparable resources.
- Ability to work cross functionally with external vendors, internal resources from staff to executive level both domestic and international, etc.
- Proven leadership skills, ideally management of direct reports

Working Conditions:
This position is a hybrid position with three days in the office and 2 days work remotely. There will be flexibility once the person gets settle into the role and has a good understanding of the company's operations.
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including:
- 150,000 - 175,000 + Bonus
