Lead Instrumentation & Controls Technician
Attention all innovative and self-directed problem solvers! Are you looking for a fast-paced, highly visible engineering position with a leading manufacturer? Look no further! Our company is seeking an Instrumentation Technician Lead to join our team in Dallas, TX.
As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will have the opportunity to work with a team to identify and prioritize workload and resources for continuous improvement in our asphalt roofing manufacturing facility. This well-compensated hourly position offers a Monday-Friday day shift schedule with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with high school diploma or GED, or 4 years of experience with an associate degree
- Experience with process control and PLCs preferred
- Knowledge of HMI programming, roofing manufacturing, and vision systems a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Instrumentation Technicians
- Collaborate with other department leads to improve line support processes
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
- Participate in maintenance planning and scheduling
