HVAC Service Lead – Field Supervisor - Journeyman
Long Island Mechanical Contractor that will require travel into NYC
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service technician experience
- 2 years of HVAC Service Supervising
- Leadership skills
- Certificate of completion or Diploma with an accredited HVAC trade school
- Valid Driver’s license
- Universal EPA Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and control equipment, material, tool utilization and costs while assuring proper staffing and efficient field operations.
- Audits required documents prior to the start of work to ensure personnel doing the work are prepared.
- Participates and conducts review meetings on work progress, customer relations, and other matters affecting service operations.
- Make sure schedules are set through the dispatcher.
- Manage the ordering of materials, returns of unused materials, and closes completed jobs to expedite releases for billing.
- Ensures customer concerns are responded to quickly and efficiently while building and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Trains all levels of service technicians, apprentices, and interns
