- Develop detailed project budgets and estimates
- Coordinate with account managers and customers
- Manage project resources and labor needs
- Negotiate pricing and save costs strategically
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Utilize project management best practices and techniques
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Submit change orders and financial reports
- Associates degree in construction, business, or related field
- 3+ years of construction project management experience
- Familiarity with excel, Microsoft work, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Teams
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills
