Fabrication Manager Career Opportunity in Pottsville Pennsylvania
$120,000 to $150,000 + Bonus + Perks + Relocation
This position is designed for a seasoned steel industry professional that likes to be involved in all aspects of the business. From helping with bids, prioritizing projects, training personnel on the best roll forming, plasma or water jet cutting or, welding techniques, to budgets and keeping the operation in producing at the highest level.

Qualifications Needed:
- More than 15 years of metal fabrication experience preferably in job-shop settings making a variety of custom engineered projects for the mining, construction, agricultural, marine, LNG industries, steel mills, oil refineries or, structural steel sector.
- Relatively stable, progressive work experience in steel fabrication and equipment building leading to at least 10 years as a shop manager, superintendent, general manager or, plant manager.
- Strong knowledge of material costs, and pricing for various fabrication projects.
- Willingness and desire to lead by example, on the shop floor, meeting customers, and building the organization and it's culture.
