Civil Engineer- Land Development

What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- P.E. license required
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct technical analysis and make sound decisions based on engineering principles
- Serve as project manager, defining scope, managing budget and schedule, and overseeing staff and training
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all parties involved
- Review proposed changes and prepare reports and presentations
- Consult with clients and other engineering departments as needed
- Act as a technical expert and provide training and presentations to clients and peers
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to supervise, coach, and train subordinates
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, etc.)
