Construction Superintendent
General Construction- Construction Management – Design Build- GC/CM
An excellent commercial construction company is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent with project experience including academic, healthcare, hospital, higher education/college campus work, etc.
Projects are based in the local PA/NJ/DE areas. Excellent organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with career stability & growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals will have at least (6) six or more years of commercial construction experience, (ground up-addition-renovation projects) with a strong work history & relevant project type experience
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; senior level candidates encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree not required but a plus (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, etc.
