Legal Billing Specialist
70,000 - 80,000
As a Legal Billing Specialist, your responsibilities include providing clients with bills on a daily and monthly basis and auditing the books each month to ensure all bills and payments are correct.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generating invoices and sending them to clients
- Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system
- Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
Qualifications:
- Current legal billing experience is required.
- Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
