Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of documented experience in HVAC journeyman level operation, maintenance, and repair
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Active Maryland state-issued HVAC journeyman license
• Valid Maryland driver's license
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, materials, and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent record-keeping and time management skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
• Inspect, repair, and install HVAC equipment and related components
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Repair or replace defective parts and equipment
• Test and examine boiler operations and water quality
• Install and calibrate systems
• Maintain records and prepare reports
• Identify and secure pull-through work
• Other duties as assigned
