Job Details:
One of the top miscellaneous steel contractors on the east coast has an immediate need for a Lead Cad Drafter.
Qualifications
- Produce complete sets of structural drawings out a miscellaneous and structural steel fabrication company (a must)
- Lead a team of CAD Drafters.
- Experience with working on ornamental steel, rails, gates, staircases, lobby adornments and framing installations
- Draw building layouts (floor plans, side views, foundation and wall details and sections)
- Create new sets of structural plans for new projects
- Experienced with plans of new buildings and of existing buildings.
- Work independently on projects with no supervision
- Take ownership of each project and manage it to the set timeline.
