Job Details:
Civil Project Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Manage civil design and permitting, collaborate with consultants and design team.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and Engineering Construction Drawings using AutoCAD.
- Direct civil design efforts, coordinate team activities, and liaise with local authorities.
- Maintain client relationships and prepare cost estimates.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of civil engineering infrastructure projects, including paving, water, sewer, grading and drainage
- Requirements:
- 5+ years in Land Development.
- 2+ years in Project Management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
