Job Details:
Distribution Sales Manager - HVAC / Plumbing Branch Manager
95K base + 25% range - DOE
- Experience working for an HVAC, Plumbing supply company or with a mechanical outfit
- Monitor branch employee hours and control overtime
- Conduct performance appraisals on branch staff and assist in setting job goals.
- Manage resources and expense budget for branch
- Excellent communication and computer skills required
- Supervise staff of 20 plus, including the warehouse manager, inside sales
