Billing and Collections Supervisor

As the Billing and Collections Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to assist managing the US Market, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding payments from clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing collections operations for the U.S. Accounts Receivable team
- Utilize data insights and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize collections effectiveness
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team
- Serve as lead for departmental projects and application upgrades
- Support pursuit of client payments when necessary
- Perform ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned
Management Accountabilities:
- Ensure departmental performance and achievement of goals
- Address performance issues in a timely manner
- Conduct annual performance assessments
- Provide professional development, training, and mentoring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- 4+ years of experience in professional services industry
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Legal or professional services background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/collection software
