Professional Land Surveyor
Leading Survey Engineering Firm in SC is hiring a Land Surveyor. We are looking for a top notch and motivated candidate who has quality experience and can work in a team environment.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Registered Land Survey License in SC.
- 5+ years’ experience with a SC based surveying or civil Firm.
- Experience with boundary and topographic surveys.
- Subdivision plats and plans experience.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
- Direct or conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties.
- Provide periodic field observation, as necessary.
- Assist in project proposal.
- Survey projects to ensure that assigned tasks meet/or exceed project requirements.
- Experience supervising and directing work of survey crews and technicians.
- Strong working knowledge of pipeline route selection, surveying, construction, and operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**This is a full-time permanent position with great Benes, vacation/sick, and retirement.**
