Electrical Estimator
My client is a large union Electrical Contractor who is involved in sky line changing projects in the five boroughs of NYC. They are seeking an Electrical Estimator with major project type experience. Software abilities a must!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a complete take off
- Review all project documents
- Work with clients and vendors to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates
- Attend scope review meetings
- Participate in project turn over to field prices
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated team player
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical knowledge of construction
- Estimating
