Job Details:
My client is a growing commercial and industrial contractor who is actively looking for a Project Executive or a Senior Project Manager ready to make the move to the Executive level.
Under the direction of the construction vice president or senior vice president of operations, the project executive is responsible for (a) the profitable completion of assigned projects; (b) supervising, leading and supporting assigned project teams through project managers or PE II’s assigned to his/her projects (c) performing monthly job reviews and periodic site visits to assess project needs and insure proper resources are allocated to overcome project issues and complexities, (d) creating new business and participating in marketing/business development efforts; and (e) communicating regularly with clients and architects and subcontractors to keep abreast of their concerns, needs and perceptions , (f) create collaboration and open communication amongst site teams pre-construction/estimating department, and other departments within the organization. The project executive reports directly to the vice president of construction or senior vice president of operations.
