Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer
Swiftly growing systems integration award winner seeks seeks senior/lead Controls Engineer with experience in PLC, HMI, VFD's and Robotics.
What we're looking for:
- BS degree in engineering
- 4+ years of custom automation controls engineering experience.
- PLC programming, design experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens
- HMI programming and design with Allen Bradley PanelView and Siemens HMI's
- VFD hardware
- Robotics programming with FANUC, Kuka, Epson, Kawasaki and similar
- Vision systems: Keyence, Cognex and similar
- Servos
- AutoCAD design
- Visual basic
- Communication protocol: Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus
- Consumer packaged goods, automotive, life sciences, aerospace, pharma, industrial manufacturing and medical equipment industry exp
What you'll accomplish:
- Budgeting and scheduling.
- Project documentation.
- Lead control system design.
- PLC and HMI programming, design.
- Lead and mentor junior and mid level Controls Engineers.
- Partake in installation phase.
- 20% travel to customer sites.
- Collaboration with project manager.
