Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Design and prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water projects
- Support projects through construction phase
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 6-12 years of water project experience
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in design and construction phase of water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects
