Job Details:
My client is a regional Fire Sprinkler and Alarm Commercial Contractor. They are actively seeking someone to manager , sell and estimate for a small branch office. This person will have previous Operations, Sales and Estimating in the Fire Industry.
• Analyze competitor’s capabilities and approaches to diminish their impact
• Understand and prioritize work to ensure we exceed expectations of customer satisfaction
• Implement and maintain a pricing strategy while ensuring departmental profit objectives
• Review and analyze, with the Sales Team, large estimates to assure proper pricing and job
estimates
• Establish broad and deep relationships with strategic customer roles with decision making
authority or influence in the organization
• Proactively identify value-creation opportunities for customers
• Take the lead in communicating direction and progress / status of deals to senior leadership
• Participate in further education and training courses
• Participate in extra-curricular associations for strong marketing presence
Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• 10+ years fire protection experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferred
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Eager to expand branch with new accounts and clients
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Focused on customer service
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Significant previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry
• Excellent computer skills; experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large project
